A few years ago a colleague showed me an American advertisement for diapers. It featured a crying baby with the caption: "Nobody likes change, except a wet baby!”

How true, nobody welcomes change – because it brings uncertainty and confusion.

Winning people over to change, motivating them to face issues and try (uncomfortable) new paths are the attributes of my workshops, trainings and coaching.
