Change and Development – with Appreciation and Humor

I have been facilitating change- and development processes with organizations and individuals since 1994. The insight that ‘change is a fundamental principle of life’ is the basis of my work. To accept this principle is to see the opportunities inherent in the dynamics of change, and to use them for personal, team and corporate success.

Therefore, excitement and dynamism are reflected in the events I facilitate. Clear, prior agreed upon goals, transparent and comprehensible structures assure a clear and safe frame of action.

Respect and appreciation for all participants and the force favoring change, as well as the force favoring preservation of tested values, allow for openness and creativity. A sense of humor and a playful approach help to simplify complicated or ease difficult issues.

To mobilize people, to allow different points of view, to determine areas in need of clarification, to assure that all needs are considered and to encourage joint responsibility as agents for change – I believe these to be the building blocks of a successful strategy for change.
